Communal area with 2 poolsl, tennis and paddle court. Please note the biggest pool has access only from 15th of June until 15th of september. The other one is open the whole year.

Apartment rules:

• Check-in: After 16:00 (flexible)
• Check-out: Before 11:00

We offer luggage storage on arrival/departure day.

• Smoking is not allowed (smoking is allowed on the terrace).
• Pets: Allowed with a supplement of 30€.
• Parties/events are not allowed.
• Quite hours: guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.

Refundable damage deposit:
A damage deposit of 250 Euros is required upon arrival.
This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.

Free cancellation:
You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
