Apartment rules:
- Check-in: After 16:00 (flexible)
- Check-out: Before 11:00
- Smoking is not allowed (smoking is allowed on the terrace).
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Quite hours: guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.
Terms:
A damage deposit of 250 Euros is required upon arrival.
This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
Free cancellation:
You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

The apartment is located in "rincón de Loix", one of the areas with more services and leisure around Benidorm.
